Salary: $59,700.00 - $84,300.00

What you will do

• Facilitate virtual and on-site education strategies for public employees in North Carolina.
• Drive measurable participant actions, including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and plan sponsor representatives.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel booking within the assigned territory.
• Complete reporting requirements, logging meetings, attendees, and outcomes in corporate systems.
• Collaborate with local relationship managers to optimize communication materials and strategies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship/CPT/OPT available).
• Must reside within the Raleigh, NC territory.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Practical experience in high-level consultative client interactions.
• Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans.
• Ability to calculate interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions.
