What you will do

• Implement LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agents, and prompt strategies.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and implement vector indexing, chunking, and reranking.
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build microservices and async inference paths using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Optimize inference performance via batching, caching, and quantization while implementing safety guardrails.
• Mentor L3 engineers and coordinate with AI Architects, Data Engineers, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of Vector DBs (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate) and MLOps tools.
• Strong understanding of networking and enterprise security practices.
