What you will do

• Investigate and resolve technical issues across CSPM, vulnerability scanning, threat detection, and data security.
• Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS platforms.
• Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues, including Kubernetes and sensor configurations.
• Analyze vulnerability findings, triage false positives, and investigate SBOM/SCA results.
• Support shift-left security workflows, including CI/CD scanning and IaC security.
• Design and implement automation using AI agents and agentic workflows to scale support operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, system administration, or a customer-facing technical role.
• 2+ years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including IAM and networking.
• 1+ years experience deploying and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to read and debug code in Python, Shell, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Go, or Terraform/HCL.
• Proficiency with Linux OS and command-line tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with SBOM/SCA analysis, CVE triage, or SIEM/SOAR integrations.
• Experience building RAG architectures or AI-powered automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GraphQL or REST API debugging.
• Knowledge of CIS, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA frameworks.
