What you will do
- Provide technical support via phone and web-based systems for customers in SAARC, ME, and EMEA regions.
- Perform thorough analysis of reported problems using debugging, packet captures, and traffic flow analysis.
- Reproduce sophisticated customer network setups in lab environments to identify root causes.
- Own and manage technical cases, recommending corrective actions based on troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to address and resolve product issues.
- Conduct real-time phone or remote access sessions to assist customers.
Requirements
- 6 or more years of experience in the computer networking or security industry.
- Must be located in or able to work from the Riyadh office (Hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, network security, and OSI layer protocols.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing, switching, IPsec, SSL, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with WAF, VoIP, hardware redundancy, and dynamic routing protocols.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience in Python or similar programming languages.
- NSE 4 or equivalent certification.
