What you will do

• Lead chromatographic method development, qualification, and validation activities across clinical development stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, oversee, and review analytical methods, validation protocols, and reports.
• Serve as the technical expert for chromatographic instrumentation, including specialized detectors, column screening, and robustness studies.
• Design and execute complex, technically challenging experiments to support departmental and project goals.
• Interpret analytical data and draw evidence-based conclusions to assess broader implications of findings.
• Mentor team members and enhance organizational capability through staff training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 2+ years, Master’s with 5+ years, or B.S. with 8+ years of relevant analytical development experience.
• Deep technical expertise in chromatography (GC, LC, GC-MS, LC-MS), Karl Fischer, and spectroscopy.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, guidelines, and GMP practices.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, data review, and technical interpretation.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Boston, MA and work on-site five days per week.
