What you will do

• Design and synthesize small molecules with optimal bioactive properties.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Biology, Computational Science, AI, and Machine Learning teams.
• Partner with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) to maximize the synthesis of libraries and compounds.
• Research cutting-edge chemistry techniques and automation to propose creative solutions to technology gaps.
• Analyze and present chemistry and SAR data at internal and external meetings and conferences.
• Draft and submit invention disclosures, publication manuscripts, and lab reports.

Requirements

• PhD (or equivalent) in organic or medicinal chemistry.
• Up to 5 years of post-PhD experience in an academic, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
• Expertise in modern medicinal chemistry and lead optimization, including bioactivity and physicochemical properties optimization.
• Strong synthetic and analytical skills for the design and implementation of multi-step synthesis of complex molecules.
• Familiarity with molecular modeling and computational tools for the discovery of bioactive small molecules.
• Ability to innovate and thrive in a multidisciplinary environment.
