What you will do

• Lead virtual vehicle and program integration using simulation and synthesis.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, subsystem teams, and validation functions.
• Identify and resolve CAE-driven technical issues with urgency and discipline.
• Manage simulation workshare and ensure math data readiness for timely decision-making.
• Promote robust design practices and continuous improvement of CAE capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of cross-functional vehicle development experience.
• Experience with virtual development, CAE-based integration, and performance tradeoff management.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for export control authorization.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and pass a Motor Vehicle Report review.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in engineering.
• Experience in Global Safety Performance Integration.
• Experience in electrical or hybrid vehicle development.
• Knowledge of CAE software, tools, and hardware capabilities.
• DFSS certification or experience applying robust design and optimization principles.
