What you will do

• Serve as the Tier-3 technical escalation point for the enterprise collaboration ecosystem.
• Resolve major and complex incidents related to Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings and Entra ID access controls to ensure security and compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes for platform issues.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned operational standards including incident, problem, and change management.
• Utilize PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for platform administration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• French: B1 minimum required.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaboration (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access fundamentals (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with ITIL practices and structured troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Certifications: MS-102, SC-300, ITIL v4 Foundation, or MS-700.
• Knowledge of Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC).
• Experience with PIM (Privileged Identity Management).
