What you will do

• Plan and execute Atlassian migrations and system harmonizations.
• Configure and administer complex workflows, schemas, and automations.
• Design complex Atlassian solutions and implement industry best practices.
• Lead technical client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Implement enterprise service management, scaling, and reporting solutions.
• Utilize LLMs (ChatGPT, Copilot, Rovo) to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong product knowledge of Atlassian Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence, Loom).
• Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud deployments.
• Proficiency with REST API, ScriptRunner, and Automation.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Atlassian certifications (Sales and/or Technical Delivery Accreditation).
• Knowledge of Forge/Connect and CI/CD interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of software development/OOP (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C# or PowerShell).
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM agents, and enterprise automation.
• Experience with governance and compliance in regulated environments.
