What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across a client portfolio, spanning conventional agile projects and AI-driven work.
• Manage senior client relationships and stakeholder governance in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Lead early-stage discovery and immersion work to identify where technology can solve specific business challenges.
• Build commercial cases for proposed work to ensure every project has a clear rationale.
• Oversee the transition from successful proof-of-concepts to real-world user adoption.
• Maintain hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools to demonstrate live examples to clients.

Requirements

• Strong background as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager within agile teams.
• Must be based in the UK and able to adhere to a hybrid work model.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and a sharp commercial instinct.
• Practical, day-to-day comfort with AI tools and the ability to discuss real-world use cases.
• Experience with discovery, product thinking, or facilitating client workshops.
• Background in technology consultancy or professional services is a strong advantage.
