What you will do

• Provide first-level IT support and coordinate with external IT service providers.
• Manage business-critical applications in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Plan and deliver IT projects focused on digitalization, automation, and compliance.
• Translate regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA) into actionable IT compliance measures.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, including Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Document IT processes, prepare reports, and maintain internal standards based on ISO 27001.

Requirements

• Professional experience in IT operations, project delivery, support, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of MaRisk, DORA, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Intune, etc.).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Munich, Germany.
• Degree or vocational training in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Practical experience in IT client management and process optimization.
