What you will do

• Design and own the AI governance framework, including EU AI Act assessments and risk management.
• Drive multi-framework compliance programs including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.
• Operate and evolve the full security toolset including EDR, MDM, IAM, and CASB/SSE solutions.
• Lead a lean IT team supporting 100+ employees across multiple locations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Translate technical risk into business language for the CEO and CFO and present security posture at the board level.

Requirements

• Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany.
• Proven experience owning multi-framework compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
• Experience serving as a Privacy Officer or managing GDPR/FADP obligations.
• Strong understanding of EDR, MDM, IAM/SSO, and CASB/SSE tooling.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks and managing risk registers.
• Experience leading a lean IT team supporting 100+ employees.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in regulated verticals like government, energy, or healthcare.
• Experience with Netskope or similar SSE platforms.
• Experience automating IT workflows using tools like Linear.
• Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
