What you will do

• Own identity and access management, including Entra ID configuration and lifecycle automation.
• Manage MDM and device security to ensure all company hardware is encrypted, patched, and compliant.
• Maintain and improve the ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified management system.
• Operate security programs such as bug bounty, responsible disclosure, and physical security.
• Partner with engineering and sales to translate security requirements into practical, automated controls.
• Manage audit processes and maintain evidence in Vanta.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and able to work on-site.
• Proven experience in IAM, device management, and cloud infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience operating ISO 27001 or SOC 2 programs through audit cycles.
• Strong technical background with the ability to configure Entra ID and MDM tools directly.
• Pragmatic approach to security, prioritizing automation and risk reduction over bureaucracy.
• AI-first mindset with a focus on using scripts and agents to scale security operations.
