Junior Business Analyst

TL;DR

Junior Business Analyst: Supporting client teams in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights to drive improvements with an accent on bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. Focus on gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, and assisting in the implementation of data-driven solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Pryluky, Ukraine (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using effective data collection techniques.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process diagrams.
• Analyze current business processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation of reporting solutions, dashboards, and process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements and obtain project feedback.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and project outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Process Analyst.
• Intermediate English level required.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles, project management methodologies, and business intelligence basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
