Global Procurement Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and maintain global spend analytics dashboards and category reports using SAP and Power BI.
• Conduct purchase price variance (PPV) analysis, cost forecasting, and savings tracking.
• Monitor and report supplier KPIs and support quarterly business reviews.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including ESG supplier assessments and REACH/RoHS compliance.
• Assist in risk analysis, including supply base concentration and geopolitical risk mapping.
• Execute global RFQ/RFP processes, including data collection and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and multicultural teams.
• Must fully comply with all local hirify.global employment requirements and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with spend analytics tools like SAP Ariba or Jaggaer.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or Bulgarian.
