What you will do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.
- Ensure accurate financial records, reporting, payroll accounting, employee expenses, and financial postings.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, support tax and VAT activities, and maintain accounting controls.
- Act as the Finance Key User for SAP FI, supporting testing, data validation, issue resolution, and go-live activities.
- Drive automation, standardization, process improvements, finance procedures, and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, People, and other teams on budgeting, cost analysis, and operational finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including month-end close, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger management.
- Proven SAP FI Key User experience is required, including experience with SAP implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Interest in future coaching and finance team leadership responsibilities.
