What you will do

• Provide direct technical and business support to the trading desk.
• Own and maintain the production environment for electronic trading systems.
• Monitor system health, manage capacity, and provision alerts.

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of production practices.
• Coordinate emergency drills and manage production change processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh.
• Experience running production environments within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of order management and downstream trading processes.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale Unix/Linux environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Proven ability to work directly with demanding users and manage high-pressure requests.
