What you will do

• Scout and evaluate tender opportunities across Europe to shape the company's pursuit strategy.
• Drive internal review processes and partner with cross-functional teams for decision-making.
• Lead proposal kickoffs and project manage end-to-end submissions under strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to gather documentation and approvals.
• Manage communications through tender portals and maintain the administrative document library.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive overview of partnerships and project history.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex deadlines.
• Confident communicator capable of coordinating input across multiple teams.
• Near-native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Berlin for hybrid work.
