Intern in Bid and Project Management (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany. Mobile working is available as a benefit, but the role is listed as on-site.

What you will do

• Support active tenders and projects by tracking tasks, milestones, deadlines, responsibilities, and review meetings.
• Identify and screen relevant tenders and coordinate administrative, technical, and commercial contributions.
• Extract requirements from tender documents and maintain compliance tables, comparison matrices, risk lists, and clarification items.
• Analyze bid and project workflows and support the standardization and automation of recurring tasks, templates, and status reporting.
• Contribute to KPI dashboards, automated reporting, requirement handling, bid-response databases, and content repositories.
• Maintain structured CRM and project data, documentation standards, versioning, traceability, and bid-to-project handovers.

Requirements

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in project management or a structured, project-based environment.
• Strong personal interest in unmanned systems across air, land, or sea applications.
• Open, communicative, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Confident communication in English and German is required.
