What you will do

• Support the Bid Management Team during active tenders, tracking milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Identify and screen relevant tenders via portals and coordinate inputs from Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
• Extract and structure requirements from tender documents to create compliance tables and matrices.
• Optimize workflows and automate reporting using JIRA, Confluence, and automated KPI dashboards.
• Maintain structured bid data in CRM systems and ensure data consistency throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in project management or a structured, project-based environment.
• Confident communication in English and German is required.
• Strong personal interest in unmanned systems (Air, Land, Sea).
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
