What you will do

• Lead the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission and contract award
• Implement and maintain the Shipley Method for capture and bid management
• Drive the gate review governance framework to ensure consistent, high-quality inputs for decision-making
• Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to develop compelling and compliant proposals
• Orchestrate end-to-end bid planning, defining critical milestones and driving adherence to strict deadlines
• Maintain a library of reusable content, templates, and proposal resources

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and winning large, complex bids in the defence sector or for government contracts
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the Shipley Method
• Excellent project, organisational, and time management skills
• Fluent and professional communication in German and English
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
