What you will do

• Deliver luxury customer experience training to chauffeurs as an engaging facilitator.
• Create and maintain country-specific learning initiatives and educational content.
• Act as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for chauffeur queries.
• Assess performance against service standards and provide detailed feedback via 1:1 coaching.
• Collaborate with international peers to continuously optimize training processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized Training role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury industry.
• Proven track record of delivering development programs that meet exacting customer standards.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Articulate 360 suite.
• Passion for and knowledge of luxury vehicle specifications.
