What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of the Global Commercial Capability Strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Design and maintain global competency models, learning architectures, and onboarding frameworks.
• Partner with commercial leaders to conduct capability diagnostics and translate findings into strategic roadmaps.
• Develop scalable learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, and performance support tools.
• Drive adoption of CRM platforms, omnichannel tools, and AI solutions through change management initiatives.
• Implement a comprehensive measurement framework to link learning investments to business outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Life Sciences, HR, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, L&D, or Sales Effectiveness within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing global capability frameworks and enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of commercial excellence principles, CRM systems, and customer engagement models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive digital transformation.
