Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Garching, Germany (3 days/week)

What you will do

• Design and implement Audio DSP algorithms for embedded platforms like Linux, Android, or Tizen.
• Architect and develop Linux-based audio applications for embedded devices.
• Lead the invention and maturation of new acoustic technologies for product integration.
• Serve as the cross-functional technical owner, coordinating research, software, and product teams.
• Define and drive qualification of audio algorithm performance using objective analysis and validation.
• Guide the transfer of new technologies to commercialization teams to ensure technical readiness.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Acoustics.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded platform development.
• Experience with real-time audio signal processing and MATLAB.
• Business fluent English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work on-site 3 days a week in Garching, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with JUCE or equivalent audio SDKs.
• Background in Tizen OS or Mac OS audio development.
• Proven track record of publications or patent applications in DSP.
• Experience with acoustic system measurements and CI/CD configuration.
