What you will do

• Implement real-time control services (dispatch, balancing, state machines) in C/C++.
• Integrate devices and protocols including Modbus and MQTT; work with PCS/BMS/RTU systems.
• Deliver releasable product increments at the end of each Sprint and support commissioning teams with bring-up and diagnostics.
• Write unit/integration tests, contribute to CI/CD, and perform code reviews.
• Optimize robustness, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability on Linux/embedded targets.
• Track and report work using JIRA and Conhirify.global; meet project timelines and budget.

Requirements

• Professional C/C++ experience on Linux/embedded/RTOS with strong systems fundamentals.
• Experience with real-time controls and deterministic error handling for power systems.
• Device/protocol integration experience (Modbus TCP/IP; familiarity with DNP3/IEC-61850).
• Agile development framework experience and collaborative engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Experience with Power System Market Applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
