What you will do

• Source and identify potential candidates using professional databases and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Screen incoming resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess alignment with job requirements.
• Organize and schedule introductory interviews and participate in first-level screenings.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines, preparing detailed feedback summaries.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify target companies and analyze employment trends.
• Support compensation benchmarking and talent availability analyses.
