TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of security agent capabilities for runtime threat detection and workload protection.
• Design and build reusable eBPF-based monitoring functionality for process, file, and network visibility in Linux.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of new features, from technical strategy and design to implementation and rollout.
• Establish testing methodologies to improve platform coverage, detection quality, and system reliability.
• Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver shared platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership by influencing engineering direction and mentoring peers.

Requirements

• Significant experience building software in Linux environments with deep knowledge of internals and kernel APIs.
• Hands-on experience with eBPF, kernel-level instrumentation, driver development, or networking systems.
• Experience building and running performance-critical and highly reliable production systems.
• Ability to maintain production software across diverse Linux distributions and kernel versions.
• Must be located in LATAM or specific European countries (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain).
