Salary: 17,500 - 29,200 PLN gross (Permanent) or 125 - 209 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

What you will do

• Drive technical initiatives to improve the overall quality and scalability of the product.
• Partner with the Product team to influence the roadmap and align engineering decisions with user needs.
• Collaborate with architects to identify and resolve technical challenges for Marketplace products.
• Take ownership of engineering decisions for large-scale features and complex topics.
• Contribute to the optimization of the product delivery process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in PHP and Symfony.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Krakow.
