What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a vehicle management platform.
- Drive technical research and architecture design for new features.
- Implement and maintain observability infrastructure including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle of services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team technical growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
- Expert-level Go proficiency including generics, reflection, and custom synchronization primitives.
- Strong SQL knowledge including schema design, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
- Deep understanding of Redis data structures and microservice architecture patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Must be based in Poland, Kazakhstan, or the EU with availability in the CET time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Experience optimizing Go service performance using profiling tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
