Senior Go Developer (Go)

Location: Fully remote for candidates in Poland, Kazakhstan, or the EU; CET working time zone.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services for a vehicle management platform.
• Lead technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.
• Own the full lifecycle of services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement observability infrastructure covering metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
• Expert-level Go, including generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
• Strong SQL expertise covering schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Redis, synchronous and asynchronous service communication, and microservice architecture.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or an equivalent platform, AWS, cloud infrastructure, testing, and Git.
• Intermediate English and availability to work in the CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience profiling and optimizing Go services.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
