What you will do

• Own the Copilot Studio platform by designing reusable patterns, templates, and guardrails for safe agent development.
• Build and operate horizontal agents that serve the entire organization.
• Establish and lead an AI Centre of Excellence to define governance, standards, and best practices.
• Enable power users to build their own functional agents through training and clear guidance.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data and workflows in partnership with Cloud and Data teams.
• Manage Microsoft AI licensing and consumption models to optimize costs.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building AI solutions in the Microsoft stack (Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform).
• Demonstrable experience designing conversational agents, including patterns and guardrails.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AI licensing and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and Centre of Excellence models.
• Experience integrating with modern data platforms and enterprise workflows.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder briefings and documentation.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and agent accuracy testing.
• Knowledge of MLOps and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Background in Computer Science or Data Science.
