What you will do

• Build complex, highly scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Tech and Product Leads.
• Define architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of reliable, state-of-the-art products.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with Product Managers, QAs, and Designers.
• Champion best practices in agentic engineering and leverage modern AI tooling.
• Work within an agile, international environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, with 5-6+ years as a Backend Developer.
• Extensive experience with PHP 8+, Symfony, and Laravel in high-load environments.
• Strong expertise in MySQL, Redis, and event-driven software architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, and deployment pipelines like GitLab.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
