What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve security service management practices across relevant architecture sub-domains.
• Use performance information and data analysis to align security services with business needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to implement managed security services.
• Create reusable service value patterns and guidance for cross-team sharing.
• Contribute to roadmaps for security technologies and service management processes.
• Provide service management insights to support vendor selection and review activities.

Requirements

• Experience in service management, technology management, or a related discipline within a complex environment.
• Proven ability to use monitoring and reporting to understand performance and risks.
• Experience working with stakeholders to support practical decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to different audiences.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, or London.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• ITIL v4 certification.
