What you will do

• Take technical responsibility for one or more core banking projects.
• Design and build robust banking APIs in a reactive architecture.
• Optimize system performance to handle rapidly growing loads.
• Ensure adherence to strict architecture rules and automated testing standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement new banking features.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Scala and TypeScript.
• Solid grasp of backend optimization, including observability and SQL query performance.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and microservices.
• Fluent in English.

• Proven track record of driving complex projects from A to Z.
• Experience with high-complexity systems and long-term scalability design.
