What you will do

• Receive, count, store, and prepare orders for pick-up, local delivery, and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Maintain Secure Vault logs in real time and process transactions in SAP and PMS; transmit data via computer systems.
• Run inventory control activities including rack labeling, cycle count procedures, and accurate secure vault inventory management.
• Use scanners to process orders correctly; fulfill work orders by verifying quantities, special instructions, and transfer methods.
• Prepare and apply carton labels, barcode labels, and skid tags; ensure correct product identification and matching packing/shipping documents.
• Operate warehouse equipment (motorized pallet jack, fork truck, scissors lift) safely to move and transfer materials; support shipping/receiving as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Intermediate PC skills on Windows; ability to work with MRP/WMS systems.
• English: fluency required to read pick lists and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, including verifying numbers across documents and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work while standing for the majority of the shift; willingness to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS shipping software, and RF scanners.
• Experience in the plastic card industry.
• Forklift certification.
