What you will do

• Supervise daily material handling, storage, and distribution activities.
• Monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Manage IMMEX compliance for import/export processes, including documentation and Mexican customs regulations.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while maintaining accurate records in ERP/WMS (SAP).
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper FIFO material rotation.
• Train and coach warehouse operators and participate in quality system audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico (On-site).
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience with IMMEX program compliance and related customs processes.
• Basic proficiency with ERP or WMS systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification required or ability to obtain).

• Intermediate English proficiency.
