Senior AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid or remote in Poland; Kraków

Salary: PLN 245,000–367,000 per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Shape the architecture of the agent runtime powering AI products such as ClaiR and aiR Assist.
• Adapt frameworks including LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents to create a strong runtime foundation.
• Build agent orchestration, tool and skill execution, memory, and interoperability capabilities.
• Develop long-session handling and broader protocol support for growing agentic workloads.
• Define first-class agent patterns and reusable abstractions for application engineering teams.
• Explore emerging agent architectures and platform capabilities in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong, recent Python experience in production systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, agent state management, solution architecture, and reusable platform abstractions.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Python, API and service design, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems using Azure or a similar cloud environment, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; English proficiency for technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deep Agents, multi-agent or subagent architectures, agent memory, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A interoperability, RAG, retrieval systems, citation frameworks, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with platform infrastructure, observability, tracing, MLflow, OpenTelemetry, or safe model upgrades.
• Familiarity with Pulumi or Terraform.
