What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies and frameworks.
- Develop automated validation pipelines and CI/CD quality gates.
- Perform stress, load, and performance testing for desktop, web, and backend systems.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability.
- Introduce AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering.
- Strong experience with unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Practical experience with Playwright and Cypress.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and GitLab CI or similar platforms.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and software quality assurance skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java, C#, Ranorex, or penetration testing.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
- German language proficiency.
