Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

What you will do

• Perform manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright with JavaScript or Python.
• Create test scenarios and test cases from product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers through resolution.
• Investigate failures, analyze results, support root-cause analysis, and improve QA practices.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software quality assurance across manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and good programming or scripting experience with JavaScript or Python.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs, with familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Good written and spoken English; remote work must be performed from Europe or South America.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and automation.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
