Senior Frontend Engineer, Acquisition (React)

hirify.global is a chef-focused food marketplace and meal delivery platform connecting customers with meals from hundreds of chefs.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in frontend technologies, especially React and NextJS.
• Build and deploy customer-facing applications and features with Product and Design.
• Mentor developers through knowledge sharing, clean-code practices, and pull request reviews.
• Define product goals and roadmap input while communicating status, risks, and strategy to senior management.
• Implement engineering practices that help the team deliver reliable code faster.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Professional experience with ReactJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, and web applications.
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture, REST APIs, and continuous integration.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work remotely from Argentina.

Nice to have

• Web development performance monitoring, including Web Vitals.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments.
