What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in front-end technologies, including React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to develop and deploy applications and features on time with high quality.
• Define OKRs and contribute to the roadmap and product strategy execution in the Growth Zone.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, including status and risk assessment.
• Mentor developers through knowledge sharing, clean code practices, and PR reviews.
• Implement best practices to help the team ship quality code faster.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building cloud architecture and full-stack web applications.
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit tests and e2e tests.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures and building backend REST APIs.
• Advanced English (advanced level required).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in web development performance monitoring (Web Vitals).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI environments.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup teams.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
