What you will do

• Diagnose physical and operational electronic and assembly issues using specialized hardware and software.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics using hand tools.
• Install and upgrade hardware and software components, including server rack installation and wire management.
• Validate signal paths, network functionality, and configuration management across various sites and platforms.
• Document configuration management, diagnostic events, and bench health using automated tools.
• Track project inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA for onsite work.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least two years of employment experience.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and server rack installation.
• Ability to create, modify, and install wiring systems and harnesses.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for trainings and team meetings.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or a similar field.
• Experience with CAN bus operation and flashing automotive control modules.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes or picoscopes.
• Basic knowledge of networking technology and troubleshooting.
