Learning Area Manager (Pharmacy)

What you will do

• Lead night shift learning operations across all site areas, serving as the primary point of contact for the Learning team.
• Directly manage and develop night shift Learning Leads to drive team performance.
• Build and manage two-week-out training plans in coordination with operations.
• Own daily labor hour tracking and weekly LMS reporting to ensure compliance.
• Compile and share Weekly Business Review metrics with Finance, S&OP, and site leadership.
• Conduct and oversee onboarding, compliance, SOP, and remediation training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development in a regulated environment.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations (503a, 503b, or manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of USP standards and cGMP regulations.
• Ability to work the night shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am.
