Site Reliability Engineer (SRE/ DevOps) - Engineering Productivity

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and operate secure, scalable, fault-tolerant production systems in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Develop automation to reduce operational toil and improve monitoring, alerting, and automated response.
• Create incident response runbooks, triage infrastructure issues, and write postmortems.
• Plan production maintenance windows and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed.
• Work with product development teams to identify infrastructure bottlenecks and improve developer workflows.
• Evaluate infrastructure and platform best practices, including open-source system implementations.

Requirements

• BSc or MS in Computer Science or Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Go, Python, or shell scripting for implementing medium-complexity automation workflows.
• Linux or UNIX administration and debugging experience.
• Hands-on experience operating infrastructure or complex software systems at scale.
• Experience with server provisioning, infrastructure security, troubleshooting, and infrastructure as code.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases, Docker, virtualization, monitoring stacks, ElasticSearch, Artifactory, and container registries.
• Experience managing CI/CD systems such as ArgoCD or Spinnaker and version control systems such as Perforce or Gerrit.
• Experience with storage infrastructure including NAS, SAN, or Ceph.
• Experience managing large Java applications.
