What you will do

• Prototype and produce AI-powered social content (image/video generation and editing) to create effects, transformations, and formats.
• Write and refine prompts across image, video, and voice tools, iterating to achieve specific look, motion, and tone.
• Build and maintain a reusable prompt library and a working library of AI editing techniques (motion effects, style transfers, product visualizations, AI voiceover/dubbing).
• Partner with social and content teams to turn briefs into AI-enhanced edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Use AI tools to speed up workflow tasks like footage organization, rough cuts, captioning, and localization/dubbing for multiple European languages.
• Track competitor and creator usage of AI in social content and flag emerging clichés/formats that are becoming dated.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for AI creative tools and hands-on experimentation (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI features, Adobe Firefly).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere, CapCut) and comfort learning new software quickly.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in media, communications, marketing, film, or a related field.
• Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple experiments and deliverables at once.
• Based in or able to work from London.
