What you will do

• Manage the full product life cycle (development, serial, after-sales) for steel and weldment clusters.
• Implement purchasing activities aligned with the Global Steel/Weldments strategy and internal stakeholders.
• Develop existing suppliers focusing on quality, logistics, and product cost optimization.
• Prepare and execute purchasing negotiations up to the conclusion of framework supply contracts.
• Participate in development projects and cost optimization workshops.
• Monitor and analyze the raw material market.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing.
• Knowledge of the steel raw material market and fabrication processes.
• Comprehensive experience in professional negotiations.
• Business fluent English and German skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
