What you will do

• Develop and maintain ways-of-working documentation, including templates, playbooks, and process guides.
• Build and manage a best-practices database to facilitate knowledge sharing across EMEA markets.
• Support the creation and upkeep of EMEA market scorecards to track maturity in influencer, organic, and paid social.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to connect regional teams and capture key takeaways.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation and research tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project-management instincts with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in social media, influencer marketing, or content strategy.
• Proficiency in building templates and trackers using tools like Sheets, Notion, or Slides.
• Comfortable working across multiple EMEA markets and time zones.
