What you will do

• Design and develop serverless applications using Node.js and AWS Lambda.
• Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows via Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Develop integrations between contact center platforms, CRM systems, and third-party APIs.
• Implement secure coding practices, including encryption and robust authentication controls.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY
• 6+ years of professional Node.js development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS development experience.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with AWS services including API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline management.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI and chatbot implementations.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Experience integrating with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect certification.
