Location: Must be based in Woking, Surrey, UK. Applicants must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional design and perceived quality reviews for new vehicle models.
• Develop new paint colors, application methods, and tooling definitions.
• Conduct PFMEA and DFMEA to ensure process and product reliability.
• Plan facility layouts and paint shop capacity.
• Manage product traceability methodology and report on hours per car.
• Identify and escalate part-related quality concerns.

Requirements

• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK.
• Must be able to travel within the EU.
• Degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with paint development and application methodologies.
• Knowledge of specification and procurement of paint jigs and fixtures.
• Experience in planning and executing new vehicle programs.
