What you will do

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology to drive business improvements.
• Deliver measurable gains in quality, productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to enhance process stability.
• Facilitate Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and cross-functional improvement programs.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (including in-house training).
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience within automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact improvement projects.
