MAF Facility Engineer (Automotive): Maintaining and optimizing Powertrain Facilities for next-generation combustion and electric drive systems with an accent on compliance and certification testing. Location: Must be based in Whitley, Warwickshire, UK. Applicants must have proof of immediate and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK.
Salary: £25.00 - £29.72 per hour

What you will do
- Support the development of next-generation combustion engines, battery-powered electric drive units, and hybrid systems within Powertrain Facilities.
- Ensure all facility equipment remains compliant for certification and development testing across product development sites.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, servicing, and fault rectification activities.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure continuous productive capability of the facility.
- Coordinate and control your own workload to deliver high-quality facility capabilities for customer testing requirements.
Requirements
- Level 4 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with physical maintenance activities and fault rectification.
- Strong knowledge of calibration and instrumentation.
- Technical skills in emissions, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering.
- Valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.
Nice to have
- Level 6 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with Chassis Dynamometers.
- Proficiency in data acquisition and automation systems, including Concerto and Tableau.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, or ISO 17025 standards.
