What you will do

• Lead regular compliance monitoring in line with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the plan, ensuring tests are completed on time and progress is tracked.
• Scope, implement, and manage second-line testing aligned to FCA requirements and business processes.
• Document findings, agree management responses, and track corrective actions to completion with owners and timescales.
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in the plan and propose remedial actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Update the monitoring plan as the regulatory landscape changes and leverage processes from additional hirify.global legal entities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of compliance monitoring experience in financial services.
• Broad understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
