What you will do

• Lead the architecture and hands-on development of a scalable computer vision platform for manufacturing environments.
• Define a repeatable and configurable solution architecture for deployment across 50+ global plants.
• Design the platform to accommodate diverse plant equipment, camera configurations, networking, and local infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery and prototyping through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, CV engineers, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop technical prototypes, conduct architecture reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade computer vision solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CV architecture, model development, and real-time inference.
• Experience scaling CV platforms across multiple manufacturing plants and production lines.
• Expertise in integrating cameras, edge devices, on-premises infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Experience establishing MLOps practices, including model testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Poland, or Ukraine.
